We are more than happy to refund your order within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Whether it be the sizing of the items, or you've just simply changed your mind.
STARTING THE PROCESS
In order to begin the refund process, please contact us on either our email 141kicks@gmail.com, our Instagram @141.kicks or click the contact us button on our website and write to us there. From there we can help you through the refund process and confirm that your item is eligible for refund/return. Once we have confirmed that your order is eligible, please then post your order back to us at the address given to you via email.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
COSTS
Upon return you will be expected to pay for the shipping cost back to us for the refund of your item, unless the reason for the return of the item is due fault of our own.
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your refund once we have notified you that it has been processed. If you are unsure whether your refund has been processed or not, feel free to contact us and we can update you on the process.
